Whistle Blowing
Highest possible standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct
Ascom International is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical, moral, and legal conduct in all aspects of our business. In line with this commitment and our goal of fostering transparent communication, we encourage vendors and associated individuals to voice any concerns they may have. We assure them that their identity will remain confidential and that they will be safeguarded against retaliation or discrimination for reporting issues in good faith.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Ascom is a responsible organization that is firmly committed to complying with all applicable domestic and international laws, regulations, and conventions related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption. We strictly oppose any form of corrupt practices, including bribery intended to secure business or gain any undue advantage.
Engaging in corruption is illegal and completely against Ascom’s values. We strongly denounce any unlawful payments, including facilitation payments aimed at influencing routine actions by government officials. At Ascom, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption.
No bribes—whether offered by public officials, private individuals, or third parties—will be tolerated. All employees, vendors, and contractors are expected to understand that offering or providing any improper benefit to sway someone’s decision, even if the recipient is not a government representative, may result in both disciplinary action and potential criminal prosecution.
